After developing a 28-herb and spice blend that caught the attention of many patrons and chefs, Andre’ Anderson's daughter persuaded him to package and sell the seasoning as soon as possible. They quickly learned that consumers don't buy seasonings unless they are able to taste them. The founding family started to create in-store demonstrations for customers to taste the seasoning on vegetables and popcorn. But it wasn’t until the seasoning was put on homemade potato chips that people noticed the delicious flavor. They received so many compliments and inquiries on where to buy the chips, the team launched Symphony Chips, a gourmet potato chip with exquisite blends of flavors in every bite.
