How does shipping work on Bold Xchange?


3-business-day shipping is included in the sticker price of our items, so no need to worry about it getting tacked on at checkout. Items ship out Monday through Saturday. Orders received after 9am CST (or noon on Saturdays) will be shipped out the next business day.

What does the No Hidden Fees guarantee mean?

We’ve been intentional about pricing products so that you know what you’re gonna pay before you get to check out. All we’ll add is tax—and only because the law says we have to. All other fees are baked into the price so you can shop and add to your cart worry-free.

What’s this whole Bundle + Save thing about?

As you can tell by browsing, we usually carry at least a couple of products from each brand. And they’re often best used together. So we came up with product groupings that won’t just save you money, they’ll also make your experience even better. Check them out here.

Where’s my order?

Within 24 hours of ordering, keep an eye on your email for a message that notifies you that items have shipped out. This will include your tracking number. We drop orders off with USPS within an hour of sending this message. If your tracking information does not update within 3 business days, email us at hello@boldxchange.com

What is your return policy?

Because we sell consumable products and one size fits all merch, Bold Xchange sales are final. If your items arrive damaged or different than you expected, please email hello@boldxchange.com with details. 

I ordered a gift card, but didn’t get an order confirmation email. What’s the deal?

Gift card purchases do not automatically render an order confirmation email, but if you need or want a receipt for your records, email us at hello@boldxchange.com and we’ll send you one. Note: when you purchase a gift card, a message will be sent to the “Recipient Email Address”. That will include a unique code to redeem the gift card.

Oh no. I can’t find my gift card code. Help?

Email us at hello@boldxchange.com with the sender and recipient email addresses and we’ll help you out. Have a valid code but getting an error message when you enter it? Head to the gift cards page for details on how to redeem!
