Can I order more than one type of gift box?

Yes. On the webpage for each gift box you are interested in, please click "Start Your Order" and complete the brief questionnaire that follows. Our team will keep track of each questionnaire submission and you'll only be invoiced once. 

 

Will Bold Xchange ship the gift boxes on my behalf?

Yes. Shipping is part of our expertise! Once you have decided on the right option, we will take care of all the other logistics. 

 

How do I share names and addresses for gift box recipients?

After you complete the brief questionnaire associated with your gift box of interest, our team will be in touch to discuss recipient information among other details. We will securely receive your names and addresses via Excel or csv. file. 


Can I add my organization's branding?

Yes. We can add your organization's logo to the gift box's cover. In addition, each gift box purchase will include a personalized note from you and your team's leadership. 


When will my gift boxes be shipped to my recipients?

On the brief questionnaire associated with each gift box, we ask that you share your desired ship date. We will do our best to honor that date. All boxes will be shipped promptly in order to arrive before the end of the holiday season.


Are the gift options in the Bold Xchange catalog my only choices?

Our catalog includes gift boxes with a range of price points and themes, all filled with products our team handpicked just for you. If you’re looking for something not included in the catalog, please email our gifting lead, Doug Spencer, at  with a short description of what you have in mind and we will work with you.
